While it also hosts jazz performances, its programming is more eclectic, frequently featuring Broadway performers, comedy acts, burlesque, and up-and-coming artists in a "black box" theater environment.  Key Difference: The Jazz Club is the grand, traditional stage for big-name jazz acts, while the Theater provides a closer, more varied performance experience downstairs.
